Before we turn to our topic, I want to share some feelings with you. Do you have a good weekend? I am a little tired now. Last Friday, we wedding dress team had an outdoor exercise and we had visited a famous mountain and climbed it. Now, I am aching all over. In a word, I need more exercise in the future. Nowadays, I am addicted to watching kinds of great party shows and events, like Oscar, Gala and some other ceremonies like that. I am not concerned who will be the winner, I just watch the celebs walking on the red carpet and then distinguish their dresses, and find my favorites. At the 6th Annual Raisa Gorbachev Foundation Gala, I met Geri Halliwell who wore a white floor length gown, oh, my! I was fascinated by it. It was more like a wedding gown, right?

I am sure that all of you are familiar with Denmark prince Frederik and princess Mary who tied the knot on 14 May 2004 in Copenhagen. Their story was a fairytale and would be remembered ever since.

The bride wore a stylish ivory satin gown designed by Uffe Frank. The gown perfectly balanced the traditional elegance and trend setting style. Look at the long cathedral wedding veil, it was first used by crown princess Margaret of Sweden in 1905! Crown Princess Victoria tied the knot on June 19, 2010 in the largest royal wedding since Charles and Diana. I was interested in Victoria’s crown when I first saw her wedding photos, do you? She was a special person since she was born. As the firstborn child of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia, she became a crown princess as a baby, after the 1979 Act of Succession enabled the eldest child, male or female, to succeed the throne. Therefore, her wedding is unique and unprecedented.

So much about her profile, let’s come to her wedding dress. She wore an off-shoulder neckline wedding satin wedding gown which is sleeveless. The dress has a V-shaped back and a 16.5 foot train fastened from the waist and the train trailed out from behind and perfectly matched the shape of the princess' veil. Do you know that the veil is 130-year-old, wow, unimaginable! Maybe you don’t like her tiara but it's tradition in the Swedish royal family for royal brides to wear that specific tiara.

The dress features the long veils and special crown. It is simple designed but it can also show the elegance and grace of a princess. No embellishments compared with other royal wedding dresses.

As we all know that the couple’s journey of love has been long, more than 8 years and it is not easy. Her royal family disapproved her wedding at first, but Victoria fight with her determination, confidence and her persistence. From her royal wedding, we can easily see her happiness which was shown on her faces and it was also a reflection of peace. I wish the couple health, peace and prosperity. In a word, Princess Victoria’s royal wedding dress could not be more beautiful and elegant.

Let’s have a glimpse at the details of the royal wedding gown. The gown was made of silk duchesse satin with a very long and dramatic train. It was very simple, yet full of details, and Charlene looked gorgeous. The off-the-shoulder neckline minimized the broader neck of Charlene. The long veil was perfect for royal wedding and the front of the dress was embellished with floral embroidery and pearls. It features sheath silhouette which accented her athletic fit slim figure.

The wedding was marvelous and it had many rumors about the wedding, so the wedding was not influential as Kate and William’s, but I don’t mind the rumors and I don’t even know what will be going on in their future life, however, I only want to share the happy moment of wedding day and show my best wishes to the newly couples.
